AT LTSI, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive aviation skilled to join our Engineering Services team as Senior Technical Engineer. The role involves supporting continuing airworthiness, aircraft maintenance coordination, technical records management, asset management, aircraft transitions, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with airlines, lessors, MROs, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to process optimization, digitalization initiatives, and the efficient execution of onsite maintenance and lease transition activities to enhance operational and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Technical Records & Compliance Support:
- Review, validate, and manage aircraft technical records, maintenance documentation, and compliance data in accordance with EASA, FAA, Part-145, and Part-M requirements.
- Support technical records audits, lease return activities, aircraft transitions, and end-of-lease documentation reviews.
Asset Management & Technical Evaluation:
- Perform technical assessments of aircraft records, asset status, maintenance history, and documentation completeness for airlines, lessors, and MRO customers.
- Support evaluation activities related to aircraft configurations, maintenance compliance, and asset lifecycle management.
Stakeholder Coordination & Onsite Support:
- Function as onsite technical representative during aircraft maintenance events and transition activities, coordinating with engineering, maintenance, operations, commercial teams, lessors, and MRO organizations.
- Proactive and adaptable professionals with the ability to support technical coordination, compliance activities, and project execution across multiple operational stakeholders.
Regulatory & Documentation Management:
- Ensure maintenance records, compliance documents, and technical reports are maintained in accordance with applicable aviation regulations and customer requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, compliance summaries, and project updates to support operational and customer needs.
Qualifications :
- Graduate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering / Aeronautical engineering or equivalent technical vocational qualification/training.
- 4–6 years of experience in aviation technical records, asset management, aircraft transitions, technical services, or MRO operations.
- Strong knowledge of continuing airworthiness requirements, aircraft maintenance procedures, and technical documentation processes.
- Good understanding of EASA Part-145, Part-M/CAMO, FAA regulations, and related aviation compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with aviation technical documentation including AMMs, CMMs, SBs, and ADs.
- Experience with fleet management systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or OASES, and aircraft transition platforms such as Flydocs or ATS.
- EASA Part-66 B1/B2 or DGCA CAR-66 license will be an added advantage for aircraft records review and technical assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to manage complex engineering data and workstreams effectively.
