Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer - NPD to drive product design and development activities from concept through production. The candidate will be responsible for machine design, rotating equipment development, cross-functional collaboration, prototype support, and continuous product improvement initiatives. The role requires robust expertise in mechanical design, engineering calculations, and SolidWorks, along with the ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitor studies to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop new products from concept design through production.
- Understand project scope and align design objectives with project timelines.
- Perform design calculations and selection of mechanical components such as motors, gearboxes, seals, and rotating equipment.
- Create and maintain 3D models, detailed drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of existing products.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors for technical discussions and project execution.
- Resolve manufacturing and design-related issues.
- Support prototype manufacturing and testing activities.
- Manage engineering documentation and BOMs in PLM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Procurement,



and Sales.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and product innovations.
