Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Civil Engineer to join our civil construction team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience in civil construction and be capable of handling site execution, coordination, quality, safety, and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for construction activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate inspections and rectify quality or execution-related observations.




- Assist project management with planning, reporting, and overall project coordination.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, drawings, measurements, and quality control.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Solid communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and commonly used construction/project documentation tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with strong experience in civil construction site execution will be preferred.
- Should be willing to work at project sites in and around Bangalore as required.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and site-management abilities.
