- Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

- Prepare finishing activity schedules and monitor milestone completion.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of finishing works.

- Resolve technical and execution issues related to finishing details and interfaces.

- Ensure readiness of site conditions before initiating finishing activities.

- Monitor finishing progress against project schedules and track completion of milestones.

- Review DPRs and finishing progress reports from site engineers.

- Escalate risks, delays, or execution challenges to project management.

- Manage finishing contractors and ensure adequate manpower and resources at site

- Coordinate final inspections with quality and project management teams.

- Ensure project units are ready for customer inspection and handover

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field, preferably in finishing works for high-rise residential buildings.

- Diploma or B. Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.

- Robust knowledge of Mivan technology and its applications in construction projects.
