Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Electrical Engineering

Industry: Electrical EPC / MEP / Industrial / Data Centre Projects

Location: Project Site – Maharashtra

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer – Site with strong experience in electrical execution of Industrial / Data Centre / MEP EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise complete electrical site execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Handle HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, busduct, HT/LT cables, cable trays, earthing, lighting and small power systems.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, PMC, subcontractors and other MEP agencies.
- Review SLDs, layouts, cable schedules and shop/IFC drawings.
- Plan manpower, material and daily/weekly site activities.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and work quality.
- Coordinate testing & commissioning of electrical systems.
- Prepare/maintain IRs, checklists, DPRs,



quantity measurements, as-built drawings and handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE and electrical safety requirements.
- Resolve site technical issues and ensure timely completion of project activities.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems and electrical installation practices.
- Experience in Data Centre / Industrial / Critical Infrastructure projects preferred.
- Knowledge of DG synchronisation, UPS, ATS/AMF, busduct, protection systems and testing & commissioning will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project documentation.
- Strong site coordination, manpower and subcontractor management skills.
