Roles and Responsibilities :
- Study tender drawings, project specific listing/identification of line item of works, qty take off from tender drawings, priced estimate, preparation of BOQs for Civil, PHE & FPS for floating tenders, budgeting, BP estimates, rate analysis, scrutiny of nontender items of work
Core Responsibilities:
Study tender drawings, project specific listing/identification of line item of works, qty take off from tender drawings, priced estimate, preparation of BOQs for Civil, Hardscape, Interior works for floating tenders, budgeting, rate analysis.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, or a related field in the engineering & construction industry.
- Proficiency in preparing comprehensive estimates, BOQs, and tender documents using relevant software tools like AutoCAD
