We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our growing team at NCS Group . If you're passionate about designing and delivering enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and extensions.
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Ensure seamless data integration and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.




- Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior engineers on Dynamics 365 best practices.

Qualifications

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage.
