Senior E-commerce Executive

Experience -5 years in e-commerce operations, preferably jewelry / fashion / lifestyle retail

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the company website and marketplace listings (own D2C site, Tata CLiQ Luxury,Nykaa Fashion, Amazon/Flipkart if applicable)

- Catalogue management, pricing parity and inventory sync between showroom stock and online store
- Coordinate order processing, returns/exchange and customer service resolution for online orders
- Monitor website UX/UI, page performance and conversion funnels; flag and recommend improvements
- Liaise with logistics/courier partners for timely delivery, COD reconciliation and insured shipment of jewelry
- Support online promotional campaigns,



discount-code setup and payment gateway issue resolution
- Analyze e-commerce sales data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with photography/content teams for accurate product listings (images, descriptions, hallmark/certification details)

Required Skills & Competencies

- E-commerce platform knowledge (Shopify / Magento / WooCommerce)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic SEO and digital analytics (GA4) understanding
- High attention to detail (SKU/certification accuracy)
- Multitasking across marketplace + D2C channels
