About the Role

Blue Spire is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – .NET to join our engineering team supporting a leading SaaS platform in the restaurant technology domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications using Microsoft technologies and experience working with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design and development of modern software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
- Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Develop unit tests and ensure high code quality using frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA,



DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Continuously improve application reliability, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills

- 9+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core/ASP.NET.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience building distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Git and up-to-date software development practices.
