Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage primary sales through distributors to achieve targets.

- Handle secondary sales activities, including retail sales and general trade.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Oversee distribution management, ensuring effective logistics and inventory control.

- Identify opportunities for growth in the market by analyzing trends and competitor activity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in channel sales, distributor handling, or related field.

- Strong understanding of distribution channels, including primary and secondary sales strategies.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with distributors and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and optimize performance metrics.
