Role Description The Senior Director of Strategic Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Buldhana. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, setting strategic priorities, and driving process improvements to support the company’s growth and efficiency goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, monitoring operational performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment between operational initiatives and business objectives. The role involves developing and managing budgets, reviewing key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to streamline service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

The Senior

Director will collaborate with senior leadership to plan and execute strategic projects,



manage risk, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the operations function.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including experience designing, implementing, and optimizing processes across multiple business functions.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support decision-making through performance metrics and reporting.
- Proven team management capabilities, with experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust budgeting and financial management skills, including planning, forecasting, and monitoring operational expenses.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation, with the ability to design and refine processes that improve client experience and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and data analysis software; familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
