Senior Digital PMO Lead (Data, AI, Technology & Cyber) - India

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Digital PMO Lead to support a large-scale global digital transformation programme. You will work across Data & AI, Technology and Cybersecurity initiatives, providing governance, planning, reporting and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive programme planning, governance and delivery tracking across multiple digital workstreams.
- Manage RAID logs, risks, dependencies and escalation processes.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Data, Technology, Cyber and external delivery partners.
- Provide regular reporting and executive-level status updates.
- Track milestones, budgets and key programme deliverables.
- Support vendor and system integrator governance.
- Ensure cybersecurity and compliance activities are embedded in programme delivery.
- Facilitate steering committees and leadership reviews.

Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience in PMO, Programme Management or Transformation Office roles.
- Strong experience supporting complex technology or digital transformation programmes.
- Proven expertise in governance, reporting, planning and RAID management.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.





Nice to Have
- Experience with Data & AI, Technology or Cybersecurity programmes.
- Experience in large enterprise transformation, carve-out or separation programmes.
- Background in Healthcare, Pharma or other regulated industries.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or similar certification.
