We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to execute and optimize email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role involves building customer journeys, managing audience segmentation, developing responsive email templates, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful digital marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Create, schedule, test, and optimize email journeys, automations, and campaigns.
Develop responsive email templates using HTML/CSS and ensure cross-device compatibility.
Perform audience segmentation, personalization, and data management for targeted campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability.
Coordinate with internal teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.




Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
Support WhatsApp Business and other digital marketing campaigns when required.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Positive understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and audience segmentation.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation and editing.
Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing concepts.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

Experience handling email marketing campaigns for reputed brands or startups.
Basic understanding of SEM, social media marketing, and campaign reporting is a plus.
