Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, deliver and validate Nexthink Experience features (both frontend and backend).
Help improving the team architecture, design and development best practices
Designing, implementing, and validating cloud-native microservices for a scalable SaaS platform
Develop complex algorithms for time-series databases, building cloud-native microservices, and integrating Nexthink with other tools.
Handle L3 support requests (together with the rest of the team)
Creation of custom scripting to remediate issue
Creation of Live Dashboards and Remote Actions within Nexthink
Use of Nexthink FLOW to create custom workflows
Creation of API connections to various systems such as Service Now, Intune
Participate actively in the technology roadmap
Work with the agile iterative/incremental mindset and best practices and participate actively to the different ceremonials
Robust problem-solving, troubleshooting, and monitoring skills
15 years of Continuous Education.
