We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing who is passionate about digital advertising, data analysis, experimentation, and driving measurable business growth through performance marketing.

About the Role
As an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns while continuously analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities for optimization.




The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CPI, Conversion Rate, and Retention.
Stay updated with the latest advertising platform features and leverage current products to maximize campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign insights to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize high-performing ad creatives based on consumer behavior and business insights
