Project Description:
Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to grow their technical skills in healthcare IT while working under the mentorship of experienced consultants and technical leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to Cerner infrastructure, system workflows, and healthcare technology best practices while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities
:Provide L2/L3 production support for 3M 360 Encompass and HDM (Healthcare Data Management) applications integrated with Cerner Content 36
0Monitor system performance, batch jobs, and interfaces to ensure 24x7 system availabilit
yAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, data issues, and system errors within defined SLA
sParticipate in design, build,



and configuration of 3M 360 rules, workflows, and content mapping
sConfigure Content 360 components, clinical documentation content, and coding logic based on business and clinical requirement
sSupport enhancements, upgrades, and current releases of Cerner Content 360 and 3M application
sWork closely with clinical, coding, revenue cycle, and IT teams to understand issues and requirement
sEngage with Cerner and 3M vendors for ticket resolution and escalation managemen
