Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing and delivery for Core Banking transformation programs.
Manage project planning, execution, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Drive SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
Lead and mentor testing teams while ensuring quality delivery.
Collaborate with clients, business users, and project stakeholders.





Required Experience
Strong functional knowledge of Core Banking products:
CASA
Term Deposits
Loans
Overdrafts
Clearing
Payments
General Ledger (GL)
Hands-on experience in Flexcube (FCUBS/FCR) and/or Finacle.
Recent Core Banking project experience (current or within the last 8 years).
Experience in Retail, Corporate, Islamic Banking, and Trade Finance domains.
Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
