Job Role & Responsibilities:-

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals across the APAC region.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and skilled networks to identify and engage top IT talent.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Offer Management: Negotiate job offers, including salary and perks, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Market Research: Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks,



and industry developments within the APAC region to inform hiring strategies

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3-8 years in IT recruitment, preferably within the APAC region.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
