Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Pre-Sales Consultant who can bridge business requirements with Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer-facing skills, excellent presentation capabilities, and hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
The candidate will work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Delivery teams to identify customer requirements, conduct discovery workshops, design solutions, prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and support enterprise deal closures.

Key Responsibilities




Engage with prospective customers to understand business challenges and transformation goals.
Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering workshops.
Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Collaborate with Sales teams during customer meetings and presentations.
Recommend the right combination of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot solutions.
Create solution estimations, implementation approaches, and licensing recommendations.
Coordinate with delivery teams for seamless project handover.
Support business development initiatives through webinars, customer presentations, and technical sessions.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and product releases.
