Experience: 15 years to18 years (Sub-Stations and Transmission Line)

Qualifications: Electrical Engineer/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Reporting to: Directors/ CEO

Job Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

Engineering of EHV Switchyard/Sub-Stations and Transmission Line.
Charging and Commissioning of line and substation
Evaluation and Checking of Equipment drawings and GTP as per project requirements.
Technical understanding of Power-related Equipment and accessories.

EPC Lifecycle Management

Oversee the entire lifecycle of EPC projects, including handover and delivery of project.
Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate project challenges.
Drive innovation and adopt best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Conducting all business in strict compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulations.




Managing project Cash Flow (inflow vis-à-vis outflow).

Government Liaison And Stakeholder Management

Build and sustain robust relationships with government officials, and regulatory bodies.
Secure necessary clearances, approvals, and partnerships for project success.
Represent the organization in high-stakes negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Engaging in high-level negotiation, proposals or conflict resolution with client.

Leadership And Team Development

Recruit, develop, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to execute high-impact projects.
Inspire and mentor team members, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Promote accountability and ownership within the team, ensuring project success.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Monitor and analyze project performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.
Use data to refine strategies, address challenges, and enhance outcomes.
