Own revenue and profitability (EBITDA) for ecommerce business
Monitor channel-wise performance (marketplaces, D2C, quick commerce)
Track discounting strategies vs. budget to ensure margin optimization
Identify growth opportunities across platforms and product categories

Monitor debtor days, claims, and settlements with ecommerce partners
