This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze business requirements and translate them into effective OnBase solutions.

Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and design OnBase solutions to meet client needs.
Develop, configure, and customize OnBase applications and workflows.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OnBase with other systems.
Conduct user training and create documentation for OnBase applications.
Stay updated with the latest OnBase features and best practices.
Participate in project planning and status meetings,



providing updates on progress and challenges.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience with OnBase software and its functionalities.
Strong understanding of document management and workflow automation.
Experience in developing and customizing OnBase applications.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OnBase.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or SQL.
Experience with integration of OnBase with other enterprise applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based OnBase solutions.
Project management experience or certification.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
