About the Role

The Supply Chain Simplification Manager – Asia is responsible for leading the regional Supply Chain Simplification function across Southeast Asia, China, and India. The role is accountable for simplifying and integrating the complete customer supply chain by leading Current Product Introduction (NPI), Product Commercialization, Customer Care, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain Enablement. The position develops and executes regional strategies that improve customer experience, reduce operational complexity, accelerate commercialization, enhance supplier performance, and strengthen operational excellence. Acting as the regional integrator between Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customers, the role ensures seamless execution from customer opportunity through long-term product support while delivering scalable, standardized, and high-performing supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

Regional Supply Chain Strategy
Develop and execute the regional Supply Chain Simplification strategy aligned with the Asia business strategy.




Identify opportunities to simplify end-to-end supply chain processes across the region.
Standardize operational practices across Southeast Asia, China, and India.
Drive regional initiatives that improve productivity, customer responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects that enhance supply chain performance and scalability.
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across all simplification functions.

New Product Introduction (NPI) & Commercialization
Lead the complete regional NPI and commercialization process from customer opportunity through successful production launch.
Ensure effective project governance, milestone management, and launch readiness.
Coordinate Sales, Customer Care, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Operations throughout commercialization activities.
