Performance Marketing Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns through data-driven strategies.
? Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ads
Optimize funnels from awareness to conversion





? Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics
Deep understanding of campaign optimization and bidding strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with tracking tools (pixels, conversion APIs, etc.)
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO

? Preferred Qualifications
Experience in scaling campaigns with high budgets
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Understanding of attribution models and customer journey mapping
