The Role

You’ll own the customer experience at SuperErgo across pre-sales and post-sales touchpoints. This includes handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, fast, and aligned with the brand.

What You’ll Do

Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, email, and calls (pre & post purchase).
Guide customers in choosing the right products based on their needs.
Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, installation, and product usage.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, product) to ensure quick resolutions.
Maintain clear records of conversations and customer feedback.




Identify patterns in customer queries and proactively suggest improvements.
Ensure a consistent, premium, and helpful brand voice in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (transparent, structured, and empathetic).
Someone who is proactive and takes ownership of problems till resolution.
Ability to handle multiple conversations without losing quality.
Basic understanding of D2C customer journeys is a plus.
Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, Google Sheets, etc.
Someone who understands that customer experience = brand.
