From regional pickles and chutneys to pantry staples, we're building a premium food brand that combines traditional recipes with modern convenience. Our products are available across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and our own website, and we're growing rapidly.
We're now looking for a Growth Hacker who is obsessed with growth, experimentation and numbers.
This is not a role for someone who only manages ad campaigns. We want someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, owns outcomes, and constantly finds new ways to accelerate growth.
What You'll Own
You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue across all digital channels.
Marketplace Growth
Own and scale performance across:
Amazon
Blinkit
Zepto
Swiggy Instamart
Other emerging quick commerce platforms
Responsibilities include:
Marketplace advertising
Product launches
Organic ranking and search optimisation




Listing and catalogue optimisation
Pricing and promotional strategy
Revenue growth and profitability
Campaign planning and execution
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
YouTube
Google Shopping
Display and Retargeting
You'll own key growth metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC and customer acquisition.
Website Growth
Improve Shopify performance through:
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Landing page optimisation
A/B testing
Bundling and upsell strategies
Checkout optimisation
Retention Marketing
Build systems that increase repeat purchases through:
WhatsApp Marketing
Email Marketing
Marketing Automation
Customer Journeys
Abandoned Cart Recovery
Win-back Campaigns
Loyalty & Referral Programs
Growth Experiments
Continuously identify and execute new growth opportunities through:
New channel testing
