OATH is a premium women’s quartz watch brand launching July 2026. Four collections (Ember, Clover, Reign, Reverie), priced ₹4,499–₹7,499, designed for the modern Indian woman. Built D2C-first across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa Fashion — with 2,500+ women shaping the product before a single watch was made. We’re not just launching a brand. We’re building a category.
About the Role
You’ll own the digital engine of OATH — the website, conversion funnels, CRM automation, analytics, and the data layer that tells us what’s working and what isn’t. You’ll work closely with external partners (performance agency, website team, PR agency, tech vendors) while keeping the founders informed with sharp, insight-driven reporting. This is a ground-floor hire — you’ll report directly to the founders with full ownership of your function.
Key Responsibilities
Website & CRO:
Own the Shopify store end-to-end — homepage, product pages, landing pages, campaign banners, flash sale mechanics, current collection rollouts. Monitor and optimise conversion funnels (ATC → checkout → purchase). Coordinate SEO with AI tools and external partners.
CRM & Lifecycle: Own the CRM stack (Klaviyo for email + GoKwik/KwikEngage for WhatsApp). Build automated flows — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, occasion-based gifting. Segment audiences, run A/B tests, optimise open rates, CTR and revenue attribution.
Analytics & Reporting: Pull and analyse daily metrics — website traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, LTV, email/WhatsApp performance, inventory velocity. Create weekly and monthly reports for founders with specific recommendations. Maintain real-time dashboards.
Inventory-Marketing Sync: Monitor stock by SKU, coordinate with ops to pause/resume ad spend, activate pre-order pages for out-of-stock hero SKUs, fee
