Job Title: Deputy Director – MEP

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15-20 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage MEP design and coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Oversee project delivery across Global Delivery Center (GDC) and Domestic project portfolios.
Business Development support on making proposals + P&L;
Experience in Buildings, Hospitality, Hospitals, DATA Centre, Commercial, Retail & Residential etc.
Team management
Provide technical leadership for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering disciplines.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local codes.
Review design deliverables, technical reports, calculations, and drawings.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Support project planning, resource management, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
Mentor and guide MEP teams to achieve project objectives and delivery timelines.
Requirements




Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
15+ years of experience in MEP design and project management for infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in both GDC and Domestic project environments.
Robust understanding of international design standards, BIM workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Experience in transportation, aviation, metro, highways, water, or other major infrastructure sectors.
Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead large technical teams.
