Narmada Mobility Private Limited is a wholesaler, distributor, and exporter of genuine spare parts for heavy commercial vehicles and construction equipment. Headquartered in Patna, with branches in Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Delhi, and Varanasi, we supply fleet operators, contractors, and infrastructure companies with authentic parts and fast, reliable service. We are now expanding into the NCR market through our new Gurgaon office.
The Chance
Many of India's leading construction and infrastructure companies are headquartered in Gurgaon and the wider NCR, while their projects run across all over India — exactly the regions our branch network already serves. This role is about converting that proximity into partnerships: getting Narmada Mobility empanelled at the head-office level and activating the spare-parts business at their project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and map NCR-headquartered construction, infrastructure, and fleet companies, prioritising those running JCBs, excavators, graders, tippers, and Ashok Leyland/Tata commercial vehicles.




Meet decision-makers across procurement, stores/materials, and plant/equipment maintenance to understand fleet composition, current vendors, and pain points.
Drive vendor registration and empanelment at the head-office level and follow through to approval.
Generate RFQs, coordinate fast and accurate quotations, and secure trial orders.
Map each client's project locations against our branch network and coordinate handoffs so sites are served locally and quickly.
If required, travel to Project sites across India to generate Sales.
Maintain disciplined visit reports and a live account/pipeline tracker for every client interaction.
Build long-term relationships that position Narmada Mobility as the preferred spares partner for genuine parts, faster turnaround, and dependable regional supply.
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B field-sales or key-account experience, ideally in automotive spares, construction equipment
