The Role

Responsible for managing and growing key commercial accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Hitachi's diverse product and service portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas for assigned commercial clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships,



acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Identify and understand client needs and challenges, proactively proposing Hitachi solutions that deliver value and address business objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product development, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify recent business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, pipelines, and account information within the CRM system.
