Role Summary

This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end operations of the Learning function, ensuring seamless execution of learning initiatives, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across the organization.

The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, HR teams and external partners to execute learning programs, maintain operational excellence,



track key learning metrics, and continuously improve learning processes. The role requires a highly organized individual with strong ownership, analytical thinking, problem-solving capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Operations

Drive the end-to-end execution of learning interventions, including planning, scheduling, participant nominations, communication, logistics, assessments and program closure.
Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts and external learning partners to plan and deliver learning interventions aligned to business priorities.
Own the learning calendar by planning program schedules, ensuring resource availability and delivering interventions within agreed timelines.
Design and develop learning journeys, program content, facilitator guides, learner toolkits and capability-building in
