Position Overview
The Investment Banking Trainee will be a part of the Debt Syndication team and will support the execution of debt financing transactions across various sectors. The role provides hands-on exposure to investment banking, credit analysis, financial modeling,
structured finance, lender management, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution & Deal Support
Assist in the execution of debt syndication mandates including:
Term Loans
Working Capital Facilities
Project Finance
Structured Finance Transactions
Refinancing Assignments
Support the preparation of Information Memorandums (IMs), lender presentations, financial proposals, and transaction documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of transaction deliverables.
Monitor transaction timelines and support deal closure activities.
Financial Analysis & Credit Evaluation
Analyze financial statements, including:
Balance Sheets
Profit & Loss Statements
