1. Overview:
The incumbent will drive profitable revenue growth through recent customer acquisition, key account management, market development, and strategic business partnerships within the Food & Nutrition segment.

2. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development and expand existing customer accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely conversions.
• Manage key customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D;, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
• Represent Sigachi at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and CRM updates.

Qualifications & Experience:




• Bachelor's/master’s in food technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• MBA (Marketing) preferred.
• 6–10 years of B2B Sales & Business Development experience in Food Ingredients, Nutraceuticals, Functional Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, Food Additives, or allied industries.
• Strong track record in customer acquisition and key account management
