Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, people-first Business Manager to own and scale Bhanzu's UK market business. The role involves leading a high-performing team, owning the market P&L;, and executing GTM strategies to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own monthly UK business revenue of $0.3M+.
• Lead and develop a team of 25–30 members.
• Execute GTM strategies for market expansion.
• Drive decisions using CRM, MIS, and funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Must-Have Experience
• 8–10+ years in business/revenue roles.
• 2+ years as Senior Manager in EdTech.
• Experience managing teams of 25–30.
• Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience owning a $0.3M+ monthly business.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to the International market.
• MBA or equivalent.
• Startup scaling experience.
