About the Role
Air IQ is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product/design team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or early-career designer to work on real products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow their design skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups
Conduct basic user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into design solutions
Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills

Proficiency in Figma
Basic understanding of design principles: typography, color theory,



layout, and visual hierarchy
Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Valuable communication and collaboration skills
A strong portfolio showcasing design projects (academic, freelance, or internship work is acceptable)
Good to Have

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Understanding of user research methods and usability testing
Experience with design systems or component libraries
Internship experience in a product-based company

Qualifications

B.Tech(Preferred)/Bachelor's/Master's degree/diploma in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
