About the Role

As an Enrolment Advisor, you will guide prospective students throughout their
journey, from their first interaction with Hult to their enrolment. Every
conversation is an opportunity to build trust, understand aspirations, provide
thoughtful guidance, and create an outstanding experience.

What You'll Do





* Build trusted relationships with prospective students and parents
* Guide students throughout the admissions journey with professionalism,
responsiveness, and care.
* Manage your recruitment pipeline, ensuring every opportunity is followed
through with consistency and attention to detail.
* Work towards ambitious enrolment goals while maintaining an exceptional
student experience.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, solve challenges, and
celebrate team success.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, outreach, and engagement to
create better outcomes for students’ recruitment.
* Represent Hult through events, presentations, school visits, and one-to-one
consultations.
