Location: Renew Hub, Gurugram
Reports to: Plant Head / Operations Head
Role Purpose
Own the daily, weekly, and monthly production plan for the Renew Hub line. Convert demand and dispatch commitments into an executable schedule, ensure material and manpower availability, and track plan vs. achievement daily.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production scheduling — Build daily and weekly production plans by device type (Apple / Android / Assembly) based on demand, inventory, and line capacity.
2. Plan vs. achievement tracking — Maintain the daily production register: plan, achievement, shortfall reasons (part / repair / software / cosmetic), OT man-hours.
3. Material planning — Coordinate with warehouse and procurement to ensure spare parts are available against the plan; flag shortages 48–72 hours in advance.
4. WIP control — Monitor work-in-progress across GRN → ELS → Repair → QC → Packaging; prevent bottlenecks and ageing stock.
5. Dispatch alignment — Sync production with sales and distribution dispatch commitments; escalate delivery risks early.

Capacity loading — Load the line realistically using manpower and SAM norms; propose OT or re-balancing when demand exceeds capacity.
7. Reporting — Publish daily plan-vs-actual reports and monthly output summaries; maintain data hygiene in Excel/ERP.
8. Coordination — Run the daily production meeting; align Production, Repair, Quality, and Warehouse leads on priorities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain
• 2–5 years in production planning / PPC in electronics manufacturing, mobile assembly, or smartphone service/refurbishment
• Solid Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards); ERP exposure preferred
• Understanding of BOM, lead times, capacity planning, and shop-floor workflows
• Strong coordination and follo
