Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

* Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, manufacturing, technical, sales, and leadership roles.
* Build strong recruitment pipelines and reduce hiring turnaround time.
* Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
Performance Management

* Drive KRAs, KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
* Work with business heads to improve accountability and performance.
* Support succession planning and internal career progression.
Employee Engagement & Culture

* Design and implement employee engagement initiative
