Role Summary
Wipro is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. The role will be pivotal in driving portfolio transformation, financial governance, and value realization across IT and business investments.
The Architect will function as a trusted advisor to client leadership (e.g., Ericsson stakeholders) while ensuring alignment with Wipro’s delivery frameworks, integration standards, and managed services model.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Strategy
Own the end-to-end SPM solution architecture across:
Demand Management
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Resource Management
Financial Planning & Cost Governance
Agile & Hybrid Delivery models
Define future-state architecture and transformation roadmap




Align ServiceNow SPM with client enterprise architecture and Wipro’s reference models

2. Client Engagement & Advisory
Act as primary interface for CXO/VP-level stakeholders
Provide strategic advisory on:
Portfolio prioritization frameworks
Investment optimization (CapEx vs OpEx)
Demand-to-delivery lifecycle
Lead design workshops and value realization discussions

3. Implementation & Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end SPM implementation programs within Wipro delivery governance
Ensure alignment with:
SoW commitments
Delivery timelines and milestones
Quality assurance and compliance standards
Drive Agile/Protected-based execution models integrated with SPM

4. Integration & Enterprise Alignment
Architect integrations with:
ERP systems (SAP/Oracle Finance)
Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Enterprise data platforms and reporting tools
Define data governance, synchronization, and reporting models
