About the Role
We are seeking a Variable-Data Print Operator (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on variable data printing (VDP), print production automation, personalized document generation, and AI-generated print workflow evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated variable data print jobs, personalized marketing materials, labels, direct mail campaigns, invoices, certificates, and production-ready print assets. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for intelligent print automation, variable data publishing, and commercial print production.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in variable data printing, digital print production, commercial printing, prepress operations, document automation, or print workflow management.

Responsibilities




Create deliverables addressing real-world variable data printing and personalized print production scenarios.
Annotate and evaluate AI-generated variable data print jobs, personalized documents, labels, packaging artwork, invoices, certificates, and direct mail campaigns.
Assess AI outputs for data accuracy, print quality, production readiness, file integrity, and workflow efficiency.
Operate and validate variable data printing (VDP) workflows for personalized brochures, catalogs, invoices, statements, labels, direct mail, ID cards, certificates, and marketing materials.
Configure and verify data merge processes using CSV, Excel, XML, or database-driven data sources to ensure accurate record mapping and output generation.
Manage digital print production workflows, including job preparation, RIP processing, imposition, queue management, and print scheduling.
