We are looking for a Finance Manager with 4–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably from the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Handle cash flow management, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Monitor project-wise costs, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
Manage accounts payable, receivables, collections, and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
Manage bank reconciliations, working capital, and treasury activities.




Support project accounting and financial reporting.
Lead and manage the finance and accounting team.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Experience in project accounting and financial analysis.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA compliance.
Strong Excel and ERP skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.
