Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall QA/QC function across multiple real estate and construction projects.
Develop and implement quality management systems, policies, procedures, and inspection plans.
Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and contractual requirements.
Oversee quality control activities for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and other construction works.
Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, checklists, and quality procedures.
Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and site reviews across projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable national and international construction standards and codes.
Monitor quality performance of contractors, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Identify non-conformities and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.




Review material approvals, testing reports, laboratory results, and quality documentation.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with Project, Engineering, Design, Procurement, and Construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Develop and monitor project quality KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
Support the development of quality standards and best practices across the organisation.
Build, lead, and mentor QA/QC teams across multiple projects.

Required Experience & Skills

20+ years of experience in QA/QC, Quality Management, Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure.
Strong experience managing QA/QC functions across large-scale residential, commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use projects.
