About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations skilled to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling clients, coordinating recruitment or HR processes, and managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative activities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely resolution of queries.
* Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of recruitment and HR processes.




* Schedule interviews, maintain trackers, prepare reports, and update databases.
* Handle documentation, onboarding coordination, offer management, and employee records.
* Maintain MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, and client status updates.
* Ensure timely follow-up with clients and candidates.
* Support business development and relationship management activities when required.
* Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings with clients across Mumbai.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure process compliance.
