About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer - HVAC to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Interior Design and MEP Design teams to deliver high-quality HVAC design solutions, while coordinating with the Project Management team to ensure successful implementation aligned with design intent.

What Makes The Role Successful

- Develop design concepts from project specifications, ensuring complete technical documentation from concept to construction stage.
- Plan, allocate, and prioritize tasks within the design team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Review and evaluate HVAC design and material specifications for tenders and project execution.
- Verify material data sheets and material take-off reports to ensure technical and commercial accuracy.




- Prepare project estimates and validate project costs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support drafting and design teams in achieving project deliverables and maintaining accuracy in design documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, including meeting documentation, design progress, and validation reports from project engineers.
- Incorporate lessons learned and client feedback into future projects to promote continuous design improvement.
- Guide and train the team on new technologies, software, and sustainable HVAC design practices.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve design queries and ensure execution as per design intent.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Design Engineer - HVAC, preferably in Corporate or Office Interior projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, engineering standards, and codes of practice.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for design development and documentation.
- Sound knowledge of Project Management and Procurement processes.
- Proven leadership abilities, with skills in team management, conflict resolution, and administration.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensure design integrity through all project stages.
