Role & responsibilities :

- Create concept, detailed, and execution-ready designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related modular interior solutions.

- Develop space planning, layouts, elevations, 3D designs, and working drawings as per client requirements.

- Ensure designs are aligned with modular standards, material specifications, hardware compatibility, and manufacturing feasibility.

- Collaborate closely with production, execution, and installation teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth handover.

- Stay updated with latest modular trends, materials, fittings, finishes, and space-optimisation techniques.

- Value engineer designs to balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

- Conduct design discussions and presentations with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.

- Generate leads and support the sales team during design-based closures, including design walkthroughs and clarifications.

- Handle design-related queries during the sales process and assist in closing deals through robust design propositions.

- Coordinate with customers for design approvals, revisions, and final sign-offs.
