Requirements

JD:

- Mechanical Design Engineer with 7+ years of experience in heavy machinery and heavy engineering industries(Mining, Elevators Conveyors, Heavy Crushers).

- Strong experience in machine design, structural design, and fabrication engineering. Large assembly handling.

- Skilled in 3D modeling, manufacturing drawings, GA drawings, and assembly drawings.

- Good knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

- Experienced in welding detailing and welding standards as per ISO and AWS.

- Experience in hydraulic systems, sheet metal, and heavy welding and fabricated structures.

- Knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, and design standards.

- Experience in concept design, design modification, and design validation.

- Skilled in BOM preparation and engineering documentation.





- Mechanical design calculation, stress analysis.

- Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Versatile to work on weekends when needed and night shifts when needed.

- Should be capable of independently handling and coordinating with international clients with good communication skills(Very important)

- Software Skills: Must have Autodesk Inventor, illogic, SolidWorks, ​Creo. Ms office .
