Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer – HVAC to lead and manage HVAC system design for pharmaceutical and cleanroom projects. The role requires strong expertise in HVAC design, regulatory compliance, and project coordination within GMP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and review HVAC systems for cleanrooms, pharma manufacturing facilities, and controlled environments.

- Prepare and review HVAC layouts, ducting designs, load calculations, and BOQs.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, USFDA, EU guidelines, and other regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architecture, electrical, process, and project teams.

- Review technical specifications, drawings, and vendor submissions.

- Support project execution teams with design clarifications and site-related queries.

- Conduct design validations, audits, and documentation.





- Optimize system design for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)

- 8 – 10 years of experience in HVAC design, preferably in pharma/cleanroom projects

- Solid knowledge of HVAC design principles, air handling systems, and cleanroom classifications

- Experience working with GMP and regulatory compliance standards

- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, HAP, Revit, or similar HVAC design software
