We are looking for a seasoned QE Director to lead Quality Engineering and Quality Transformation initiatives for a large-scale Technology Modernization program within the Airlines/Aviation domain . The role demands a strategic leader with solid QE expertise, extensive delivery management experience, and the ability to drive the organization's AI + QE vision across a complex engagement with a span of approximately 150 resources.

The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- 18+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Testing, and Technology Transformation
- Proven track record leading large-scale QE transformation programs within the Airlines, Aviation, Travel, or Transportation domain
- Deep expertise in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Cloud,



and Digital Transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of airline technology ecosystems, including Reservations, Departure Control Systems, Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Loyalty, Revenue Management, and Airport Operations
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and driving strategic business outcomes

Must Have:

- Define and lead the QE transformation strategy across the enterprise
- Drive AI/GenAI-led testing, test automation, and continuous quality initiatives
- Build and scale high-performing global QE teams
- Establish quality governance, metrics, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to accelerate digital transformation
- Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Shift-Left quality practices
