- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Developer / Data Engineering Lead to join our technology team and drive the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise-scale data platforms and event-driven applications.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SQL Server, ETL, Kafka, OpenShift/Kubernetes, DevOps, and enterprise data engineering practices.
- This role requires strong hands-on technical leadership, architectural expertise, and the ability to collaborate across application, infrastructure, cloud, and database teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing legacy systems, implementing cloud-native architectures, optimizing database performance, and enabling seamless data integration across the enterprise ecosystem.

In This Role, You Will

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale ETL and data integration solutions.
- Modernize legacy ETL applications and migrate workloads to Spark and Spring Batch frameworks.
- Design and implement high-performance Kafka-based event streaming and ingestion platforms.
- Lead SQL Server performance optimization, database modernization, migration, and scalability initiatives.
- Design, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Develop resilient and scalable microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Lead technical architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution governance activities.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and engineering frameworks.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across application, database, Kafka, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
- Drive DevOps adoption through automation, CI/CD implementation, and deployment optimization.
- Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SQL Server development and enterprise database solutions.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server 2017/2022, including:
- Stored Procedures
- Functions
- Views
- Triggers
- Complex SQL Queries
- Extensive experience in:
- SSIS Development
- Complex ETL Design
- Data Integration Platforms
