Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Kochi

Experience: 6–9 years

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field

Work Schedule: In office/Hybrid

As the Senior Data Engineer, your responsibilities would be: Architect, build, and optimize enterprise-grade, fault-tolerant ELT/ETL pipelines on Azure Cloud using Azure Data Factory and Databricks. Serve as the gatekeeper of data integrity by establishing automated quality frameworks, validation routines, and regression testing. Proactively analyze data patterns, identify anomalies and logical inconsistencies, and perform root-cause analysis.

Optimize

Azure SQL Server structures, schemas, and queries to ensure high-performance reporting and analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and documentation.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience mastering Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), PySpark/Delta Lake,



and Azure SQL Server.

- Strong expertise in designing automated data quality frameworks, schema validation, and integrity testing.

- Solid understanding of relational/dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas.

- Proven ability to evaluate datasets critically, uncover business insights, and build resilient, self-healing data architectures.

- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
